Field Trips
Small Groups
We welcome small groups (pre-schools, classes, summer camps, church groups, etc.) of less than 30 people to the Kentucky Children’s Garden during our season of operation during normal operating hours. Small groups are SELF-GUIDED and must pre-register. An admission charge of $4 applies to both students and adults. Children under two years of age are free. We do not offer family discounts for small groups. Please fill out a Small Group Form to request a date.
April 6th – May 24th - Small groups are limited to 50 people
May 25th – August 10th - Small groups limited to 30 people
August 10th – October 27th - Small groups are limited to 50 people
Field Trips
We welcome grade level visits from schools during our season of operation on days when the garden is closed to the public and must be booked in advance.
Fall Field Trips are Fully Booked for the 2023 Season
Grades: K-2
Cost: Applies to students, teachers and chaperones.
Time: 10 am - 12 noon
Group Size: 50 - 100
Cost: $5 per student, teacher and parent
