Photography Contract
A permit is required for all commercial landscape and portrait photography and videography, including wedding, family, engagement, graduation, prom, senior photos, etc.

Outreach Request Form

Kentucky Children's Garden Season Membership Form
Kentucky Children's Garden 2024 Season Membership allows up to five people to visit each day we are open. Season membership costs $130.
Kentucky Children's Garden Small Group Request Form
Small groups are welcome to come to the KCG during normal hours as a self-guided group. A form must be approved in advance to reserve a date.
Kentucky Children's Garden Field Trip Request Form
We welcome grade-level visits from schools during our season of operation on specified days when the garden is closed to the public. A form must be approved in advance to reserve a date.
