Photography Contract
A permit is required for all commercial landscape and portrait photography and videography, including wedding, family, engagement, graduation, prom, senior photos, etc.

Outreach Request Form

Kentucky Children's Garden Season Membership Form
Kentucky Children's Garden 2025 Season Membership allows up to five people to visit each day we are open. Season membership costs $130.
Kentucky Children's Garden Small Group Request Form
We welcome small groups (birthday parties, pre-schools, classes, summer camps, church groups, etc.) to the Kentucky Children’s Garden during our season of operation during normal operating hours. Small groups are self-guided. An admission charge of $4 applies to both children and adults.
Kentucky Children's Garden Spring Field Trip Request Form
We welcome grade-level visits from schools during our season of operation on specified days when the garden is closed to the public. Rotate through fun and educational stations throughout the Kentucky Children's Garden. The cost is $5 per student, teacher, and chaperone.

One-Time Volunteer Waiver
A one-time volunteer waiver is best for student volunteer work, events and Scout projects. We appreciate your willingness to help at The Arboretum.
