The Arboretum will once again host Little Sprouts! This fun and educational programming will take place Wednesday mornings in March at the Dorotha Smith Oatts Visitor Center.

We will offer two sessions on each day we host Little Sprouts. Each session will have a special theme that begins with a story and hands-on exploration. Next, we will rotate through a craft, a science experiment, and a planting station. The last activity of each session will be spent outdoors exploring nature on a short hike (please bring appropriate clothing; this activity occurs weather permitting).

Little Sprouts is appropriate for children ages three to five, and the cost is $5 per child per session. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. Pre-registration is required and available by calling us at (859) 257-6955 or by emailing us at arboretum@uky.edu.
