Photography Policy & Contract
We encourage visitors to take casual photographs for their own personal use. A permit is necessary for all photo shoots. Read the policy and fill out the contract to obtain a permit.

Research Proposals
A permit is required for research projects conducted at The Arboretum. Fill out the form with your proposal for a permit.
Visiting Groups & Classes

Outreach Requests
We strive to fulfill requests from organizations and groups. Please complete the survey at least six weeks in advance of your requested event date.
Photo Consent
Grant permission to UK to interview, photograph or videotape you and to use the information or images in educational and promotional activities.
Kentucky Children's Garden Season Membership
Kentucky Children's Garden 2024 Season Membership allows up to five people to visit each day we are open. Season membership costs $130.

Kentucky Children's Garden Small Group Requests
Small groups are welcome to come to the KCG during normal hours as a self-guided group. A form must be approved in advance to reserve a date.
